Enough with the Bloggings!

if a tree fell in the forest,

SHOLTESOUND

heard it.  recorded it.  sampled it.  mangled it.  scored it.  played it.

Steve Sholtes (IMDB) is a mild-mannered Detroit area composer, songwriter, producer,voice-over artist, sound designer, sound mixer, and "inventor" of the Pontiac Aztek mobile ADR booth.  Recent exploits include the sound design and score for Jasmine Rivera’s film American Prophet, the score to the Kopera Brothers’ international release The Cabining, and recording and producing Detroit garage-rockers The Vonneguts’ album Urban Paradise.

He splits his time between the studio and the set, enjoying both the solitary work of scoring and designing sound for film as well as the hustle and bustle of working with actors, film crews, and musical artists of all styles.
